In The Court Room
Well today in the court room the judge on up by saying he knew that Howard K Stern was going to show and he didn't bring him here [United States] to trap him into taking a DNA test to see who the natural father of Dannielynn.
Most importantly, as Stern and his lawyer left the court room for lunch today, Larry Birkhead's 4 lawyers gave Stern and his lawyer a little piece of paper that says Birkhead wants a DNA test now while Stern is here because Birkhead doesn't know if Stern's going to show up for court tomorrow.
"She wanted to go down with him," said Stern while on the stand, adding that Smith insisted on opening his casket before and after his ceremony. "They grew up together. They were friends as well as mother and son."

I think the judge needs to give the body to the daughter and put the body next to Daniel for now.
Well I think that her body and Daniels should go to her Mother.
